Unigon is committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your chair purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- The chair must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation email.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@unigon.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the chair.
- Once we receive the returned chair and verify that it meets the conditions above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within five business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your chair for a different model, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned chair, we will process your exchange and ship the new chair to you. You will be responsible for any difference in price between the two chairs.
